Dusty’s Pal, Jeff……He put down the fly rod and they nailed ’em on plugs!

If you wanna know where Dusty is fishing…..Ask Dusty. You can ping him on the site as “LipRipper”.

…In other news this weekend…….

H2O and I had an awesome time with great weather on Sunday floating from Oxbow, down. We threw it all at ’em, except plugs. Hmmm, maybe we should have pulled plugs? We ran pink worms on a Jet Diver but the plugs sure did work for Dust.

Bless the rods!!!! Dude I had to sell my soul to get those brats…. A float with everyone sounds like a great idea!!!! We could have a big ‘ol BBQ along the way also for lunch….

  3. B Dog Lobey says:

Floatilla, is that a new taco bell item?

Way to go Dusty. I had a fine day on the river at Oxbow–no people, no rain and decent looking water. The only thing missing were those things you are showing off in your net. Sal

So with the current weather is there anywhere that will be fishable this weekend, next week or anytime soon? I may be heading to the D and chasing trout soon just ot get out of this crap.

Dusty, I am down with the BBQ and hopefully we can grab some slimmy chrome along the way. Dates?

What’s the deal with all this fly babble????

  8. Big Tone says:

Hit’n the Columbia tomorrow with Double D. Springers are where its at. 20lbs to 30lbs of chrome fatty pink slabs, but you want to go to the so called “D”. C’mon Richie the weather, this is Oregon. Many different options are poised in our direction. I know April and May are prime time for Springers, so make it happen. 14″ or 40″ inches, what do you want reel in.
