The two single biggest steelhead I’ve ever caught excluding a big Alaskan fish back in ’95 have come on Cascade Jigs…a custom tie company owned by Daniel Cox. I’ve been lucky enough to fish Dan’s jigs since 2009 and they never let me down. Although I’ve had amazing production on one jig in particular….I’ve always wanted to try a variety of his work in order to accommodate varying water conditions. For example; I knew that Dan was hammering summer fish in low water with micro jigs….and that he was nailing fall chinook with his specified ‘King Style’ jigs as well. And if you read this site then you know I’m a big fan of nightmare patterns….so Dan punched out some wicked nightmares for me to sink under a float as well. My 21.22lb winter fish this year was taken on a peach schlappen cascade that I slightly modified with a small peach worm tail. Dan saw that and pounded some out imitating that modification by adding a saddle hackle tail that is to die for. Check out some of Dan’s patterns and give him a call to order yours today.     Crusher just phone him at the number on the bottom of the post and leave him a msg with your contact info. He will then custom make the colors and sizes that you need. Tell him I sent you. Sic, aren’t they?

    Thanks buddy i will do that, yea they are sic lookin! ive seen them in action also:)i like the look of the longer tail feather,that will flutter like no other in the water!

    VERY nice jigs Dan! Good, strong, premium hooks, great paint job on the heads, neatly tied and finished……definitely a quality product. Steelhead candy for sure !!!!s

    If memory serves me right this is JT’s holy water of all time.

    I love to see Legacy TS tear it up on a river that has been captured by quite a few Winter anglers.
