Man this has to be one of the hardest contests yet matching skill level against skill level. Gonna even things up here and go with my man Webb! I have been fishing rivers for salmon for many years but this guy got me into water I had never seen before and shared some of his trade secrets in which we are truley gratefull for. Kindest guy you’ll meet with a heart of gold!

Its a tough call. How come nobody is voting?!? I like Webb because I truly believe his love for the game is unmatched. I like MCP because he’s fucking crazy and I only know the half of it. I like Nickki Sixx because all the son of a bitch wants to do is learn learn learn. But I’m picking Gray. Here’s why…I am amazed at his fish smarts. I am amazed at the numbers he puts up while fishing next to others or alone. I don’t know anything about his bait but I don’t think I need to. It speaks for itself. And finally, the fucking guy is always smiling. I think that is rad.

i am going to have to say spencer rhodes…maybe thr will get him fishing again…..honestly it is a very hard choice….meeting all of you smart and wise anglers has driven me to be a better angler… seriously could sit here and give reasons why each of you are on top of your game. the whole crew is class acts for all different reasons.
Man this is a hard one to choose because ive learned so much from all the team salmon members but the one that stands out the most i think is John Webb, the guys generosity and like Jason said his love for the game is pretty damn awesome.
My vote is for Kevin Gray. The man is a fishing MACHINE. Oh and he’s a nice guy.

It’s hard to pick just one person as everyone brings something great to the group in there own way. I’ve learned a lot from everyone and have watched my fish numbers improve but since I do have to pick one person it would have to be Chris Heller because without him I wouldn’t of met any of them or been able to learn from them.
Im gonna have to go with the smolt cause when you guys are all fished out he is gonna be in his prime doing what all you guys are gonna be talking about be able to be use to doing but to stoved up and old bwahahahahahahaahahahaahahaa
Vote 1 – Hellcat. I have to say, the days are few and far between when I have fished with him and he has not landed fish. Also the wealth of knowledge from fishing with him and reading his website that I have gained is priceless.
Vote 2 – Strychnine. Homeboy has shown me an entire river and what methods are good in each hole. My personal best day of hooking into steel was our first time fishing together. He makes dreams possible.

My favorite Team Salmon angler is Chris Heller aka the man behind all of this wonderful madness. You’ve got to love the passion he has for the sport, on the water and off. It takes some real dedication to do all the stuff he does. From networking on social media, maintaining an awesome website, and raising a family. And he still finds time to slay the fish! Iv got to say they though his videos are what keep me coming back time and time again! Keep up the great work Hellcat.
I couldn’t choose a favorite since you’ve all been so influential in my growth at becoming an angler,not a great angler just a very fortunate angler! For that I love each and everyone of you guys!

He has shown the best improvement of anyone I have see i n a long time, I mean honestly….who had 7 keepers on there tag on there first year, I can tell you that I didnt. of course it is also great coaching, But I swear Nick will be filling cards just like Kevin gray in no time!

Wish I could vote twice.. once for John Webb and once for Christopher Heller for showing my hubby Jim and son Derek such a great time and filling them up with tons of new fishing knowledge. They havn’t stopped talking about you all since they have been home.. but if I must choose one.. my vote goes to John Webb for going that extra mile to show my guys a great time and put them up in his home as well. I gotta vote Heller. Without him I wouldn’t know any of these core anglers. That said, I live Webb for his undying obsession for fishing. I love MCP for his intensity. Nichols for his constant drive to learn and improve each time out. And Stricker because he’s humble, hilarious, and most of all a strait up badass when it comes to netting fish!! I love all you guys and I’m grateful I can call you friends.
