Dang. I’ve always wanted to say that! Now for the serious stuff…

Two brothers and family friends of mine for my entire life graced me with their presence on a guided, coached trip. The Carey Bros. Robert and Paul. Respect.

While the strangest last six months of small river fishing in memory coming to an end….we are finally starting to see some more consistent catches on our All Around Angler, LLC. guided trips. We have been targeting steelhead almost 80 percent of the time. Salmon catches in the small rivers has out fished steelhead 3 boats to 1 so far.

While hardware is the last thing I seem to see anyone using at all for these summer fish, hardware is responsible for our last 10 out of 11 hook ups.

In one outing with two really excellent anglers from the valley who bought a trip with Triple A, Gage Bristow and Tanner Wheatley, hooked six between them. The closest being a dandy nickel hatch at the net. Again: All on hardware. HOW we’ve fished the hardware is maybe the more interesting aspect. And the variety in which we’ve done so.

I’m taking weekend bookings into fall trips, right here locally, for silvers and kings right away as well. Days will be limited so sign up and book early. I want to thank all of you for all your support over so many years now. Eight. That’s how many.

HUGE THANKS to my faithful sponsor team (can be seen in the rotating window of hot-linked logos to your screen-right) because they provide the support that makes me and Triple A what it is today.

The Owner,
